M.D. PLAST S.p.A. has adopted its Organisation, Management and Control Model pursuant to Italian Legislative Decree No. 231/2001 as a key instrument for preventing the commission of predicate offences, promoting a culture of legality, and strengthening its internal control system. The Model is founded on the principles of ethics, integrity, transparency, and responsibility that underpin the Company’s activities.
