Organisation, Management and Control Model<\/h3>\n

M.D. PLAST S.p.A.<\/strong><\/span> has adopted its Organisation<\/b>, Management and Control Model<\/b> pursuant to Italian Legislative Decree No. 231\/2001<\/b> as a key instrument<\/b> for preventing the commission of predicate offences<\/b>, promoting a culture of legality<\/b>, and strengthening its internal control system<\/b>. The Model is founded on the principles of ethics<\/b>, integrity<\/b>, transparency<\/b>, and responsibility<\/b> that underpin the Company’s activities.<\/span><\/p>\n

This section provides access to the Code of Ethics<\/b>, which is binding on all recipients and relevant stakeholders<\/b> identified therein, as well as to the internal Whistleblowing reporting channel<\/b>, through which reports may be submitted confidentially<\/b>, including on an anonymous basis<\/b>.<\/span><\/p>\n

The platform also provides access to the Whistleblowing Management Policy<\/b> and the Privacy Notice<\/b>, prepared in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016\/679 (GDPR)<\/b> and Italian Legislative Decree No. 24\/202<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n
